Job Summary:
Within the Corporate Account Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of DNA Payments by managing and enhancing relationships with our existing corporate clients. Our corporate clients typically have a card turnover between £20m and £100m per annum. Your primary focus will be to upsell and increase their utilization of DNA Payments' products and services, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our offerings.
This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a strong background in account management, sales, and relation-ship management. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the payment solutions industry and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite.
- Determine client needs to identify opportunities to upsell additional DNA Payments products and services, driving in-creased adoption and utilisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your business acumen and commercial judgment to build rapport and credibility.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to our CRM system, effectively managing your pipeline and forecasting activities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
- Track and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required skills
- Proven Account Management Experience: At least 3 years of successful experience in account management within the payments industry, demonstrating the ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Corporate Client Expertise: Experience managing corporate accounts with annual card turnovers of £20m+, showcasing the ability to engage and support high-value clients.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling payment solutions, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client usage.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives.
- Payment Solutions Knowledge: Deep understanding of the payment solutions industry, including eCommerce gateways and other technical payment products.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of DNA Payments' solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Consultative Approach: Experience in employing a consultative approach to account management, ensuring interactions are insightful and value-driven.
