Job Summary:
As a Sales Support Associate at DNA Payments, you will be the responsible for supporting a dedicated Corporate Sales Team to deliver a world class onboarding and go live experience to all new Corporate Clients
You will work closely with technical support, onboarding and risk teams to ensure a seamless merchant go live experience.
Job Description:
- Oversee the completion of all go live paperwork/documentation as part of merchant onboarding.
- Guide new merchants to DNA through all key go live activities including (but not limited to) KYC, technical go live, training, etc
- Support the sales team to maintain accurate up to date salesforce records.
- Liaise between the merchant and risk teams during onboarding processes.
- Support technical implementation teams during go live
- Ensure detailed handovers take place between sales, implementation, account management, support and customer success during the go live cycle.
- Ensure the merchant is provided with access to all training materials and user guides (and where relevant support the business to ensure users are set correctly on the DNA system)
Required skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a project facing role .
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with payment processing solutions and related technologies advantageous
- Customer-Centric: A strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to work across multiple merchants and spin many plates
- Detail – a keen eye for detail and meticulous planning skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
