The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Coach to support, develop, and drive performance across our Field Sales team. You’ll act as a regional mentor and hands-on sales coach, ensuring high standards of performance, consistent onboarding, and ongoing training across your territory.

This is a key role in developing our people and enabling consistent commercial success in the field.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions to Field Sales Executives across your region.
• Lead on-the-job training and shadowing sessions, including joint field visits and live demonstrations.
• Monitor and assess individual sales performance, offering constructive feedback and action plans.
• Embed best practice sales methodology aligned to DNA Payments’ value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
• Support onboarding of new starters to ensure early engagement and competence.
• Identify performance gaps and provide tailored coaching to address development needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Learning & Development to support career progression and training pathways.
• Analyse KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to senior management on team capability and progress.
• Act as a champion of culture, values, and compliance within your region.

About You:

• Proven experience in a sales coaching, training, or field management role — ideally within payments, financial services, or SaaS.
• Excellent communicator and motivator with strong interpersonal skills
• Commercially savvy and able to translate sales metrics into actionable coaching strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Comfortable with travel and field-based work across your designated region.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-led sales approaches.
• Passionate about people development and performance improvement.
